Sous Chef
Al is a graduate of The Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas. He worked at Four Seasons Hotel in Las Colinas and then took the position of Sous chef at State and Allen Lounge in Dallas. As sous chef Al has participated in several culinary events and festivals, his extensive experience in catering has helped Salum develop it's off premise catering and has gained recognition for creating events where delicious, fresh food is paired with impeccable service.
